Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Vice President of Project Management to lead and optimize enterprise-wide project delivery across international markets. This role is responsible for establishing global project management standards, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful execution of cross-functional initiatives aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee global project management operations across multiple regions and business units.

Develop and implement standardized project management frameworks, governance processes, and best practices.

Drive strategic planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation for enterprise initiatives.

Partner closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and international stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

Monitor project performance, KPIs, timelines, and financial outcomes to ensure successful delivery.

Build, mentor, and manage high-performing global project management teams.

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure effective communication, escalation management, and decision-making across all project phases.

Support organizational transformation, digital initiatives, and business growth strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive project management leadership experience in a global organization.

Proven track record managing complex, cross-border programs and enterprise-level initiatives.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.

Preferred Skills

PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.

Experience leading digital transformation or operational excellence programs.

Familiarity with international business operations and global team collaboration.
