This is a part-time remote role for a Data Entry Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for inputting and managing data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Day-to-day tasks include validating data integrity, updating and maintaining databases, generating reports, and collaborating with team members to ensure effective data management processes. You will also troubleshoot data discrepancies and work towards improving data entry workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry, database management, and accurate typing skills
• Knowledge of data validation, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and related software applications
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Prior experience in data management or a similar role is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
