Job Skills / Requirements
TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in East Naples, Florida. Applicants must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.
As a TriCorps officer, you will play an essential role in protecting people, property, and assets while providing courteous assistance and exceptional customer service. Officers in this position ensure a safe and welcoming environment through vigilance, communication, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment.
- Conduct patrols and inspections to identify potential safety or security concerns.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and guests.
- Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and respectfully.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
- Document and report all observations, activities, and incidents accurately.
- Collaborate with management and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Positions available in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas.
- Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valid State Driver’s License
Class D License Unarmed
