What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor while communicating with employees and guests
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all payroll input and output
- Monitor and prepare financial reports in accordance with required due dates
- Assist in maintaining an efficient collection process and respond to customer inquiries
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Related experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Ability to work flexible and long hours as needed
- Capability to handle sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- College courses in a related field preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Familiarity with accounting software and hotel management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to cross-train in other hotel-related areas
