PA Hospitality is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to join the leadership team at the Home2 / Tru by Hilton Houston Downtown Convention Center, a 221-room dual-branded hotel in one of Houston’s most vibrant, high-traffic locations.

This is a busy downtown hotel, and we are looking for a leader who understands the pace, complexity, and energy that come with operating in a high-demand market.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Houston area for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and service-focused experience for guests. Responsibilities include supervising front office staff, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

This role requires someone who understands a very busy property environment with:

• A food and beverage outlet
• Valet parking
• A heavy group base
• Frequent high-volume arrivals and departures

Candidates must have full-service hotel experience or dual-brand hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Office Administration and Front Office operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and driving Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with hotel management software and standard office applications is a plus
• Ability to maintain a professional, welcoming, and highly service-oriented atmosphere
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Full-service hotel experience or dual-brand hotel experience required
• Experience working in a high-volume hotel with group business, valet parking, and food & beverage operations strongly preferred
• Hilton experience preferred
