RN Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, a “Best Nursing Home” recognized by U.S. News & World Report. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including assigning duties and responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Implement and monitor the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care strategies
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment
