Assembly Field Specialist Full Time NEW

We take pride in being the dominant assembly provider in the industry. We accomplish this with a core strategy consisting of ethics, analytics, and a sense of urgency. We cater to large national retail chains for in-store assembly of retail products such as toolboxes, grills, wheelbarrows, patio furniture, lawn mowers, cabinets, etc.

As a Field Specialist, you would represent the best of who we are. Primarily as an excellent assembly technician, you understand not only how to build, but that every item we assemble goes to a real person and needs to be assembled to manufacturer specifications. You would be responsible for quality assembly of all items built, introducing new technicians to our culture, completing store quality walks, item repairs, communication with store leadership, and coordinating new crews when needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of assembly and leadership experience. (resume required)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, for traveling between multiple stores in your market.
• Must be able to check-in before 9am.
• Must have a smart device (with a camera) for scanning and invoicing.
• Must have tools: cordless impact drill, impact driver, standard assembly tools and preferably a small air compressor and bike stand.

Compensation:

• This is a W2 position with potential for insurance benefits after 6 months, if you maintain full-time employment. (30+ hours per week)
• You will also receive an elite piece pay rate per item assembled.

Availability:

• Monday – Friday from 8am until 5pm or later.
• Weekends as needed.

Pay: $300.00 – $800.00 per week
