HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE JOB TITLE: Housekeeping Associate REPORTS TO: Executive Housekeeper/ Housekeeping Supervisor Job Descriptions Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Essential Functions:
Greet all guests you come in contact with.
Maintain housekeeping cart with supplies required for the performance of duties.
Advise supervisor of inventory of all guest room amenities in rooms cleaned.
Advise supervisor of any missing amenities.
Advise maintenance department of any guest room damage or maintenance issues.
Fill out maintenance slips as necessary.
Remove all rubbish from guest room.
Clean and sanitize all assigned rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
Change linens, towels, and bathrobes.
Clean and sanitize hotel hallways as may be required.
Assist with laundry as may be required by laundry department.
Take whatever action is necessary to maintain the integrity of the hotel and provide services to its guests.
