qwertips is a technological platform designed for the HoReCa (restaurants, cafes, hotels) and beauty sectors (salons, barbershops) that integrates QR menus, cashless tipping, and loyalty tools into a single solution.

The platform enables guests to place orders and leave tips via QR codes using bank cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. For businesses, it facilitates direct customer engagement, boosts repeat visits, and increases the average check through an AI-driven approach to recommendations, while also providing tools to motivate staff.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record of selling B2B products to brick-and-mortar businesses. You should excel at building trust with restaurateurs and business owners, closing pilot projects, and converting them into long-term paying clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients: Onboard restaurants and offline businesses to the platform.
• Manage the sales funnel: Build and maintain the pipeline from initial leads to pilot projects and final payments.
• Database management: Build your own client list and work with the leads generated by the team.
• Drive initial sales: Conduct discovery meetings and deliver product presentations.
• Launch pilot projects: Negotiate pilot terms and manage the onboarding process (QR code setup, staff training, and trial monitoring).
• Conversion: Successfully transition pilot projects into long-term paying clients.
• Stakeholder engagement: Work directly with business owners and general managers.
• Product feedback: Collect insights from clients and relay them to the Product Owner to help improve the solution.

Requirements

• B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling to brick-and-mortar (offline) businesses.
• Relationship Management: Experience in building trust-based relationships and successfully closing deals.
• Proactive Mindset: Self-sufficiency, accountability for results, and a data-driven, numbers-oriented approach.
• Field Work: Readiness to work “on the ground,” including in-person meetings, negotiations, and managing pilot launches.

Bonus Points

• Local Network: An existing network within the HoReCa sector in Warsaw or across Poland.
• Relevant Industry Experience: Background in selling SaaS, Fintech, or payment solutions to the HoReCa, retail, or beauty industries.
• Product Collaboration: Experience coordinating and sharing feedback with product development teams.

Language Requirements

Polish: B2–C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced)

AND English: B2–C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced)
