Due to Michigan public schools requirements, individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.
When and Where is the job located:
We have the following custodian opportunities available in the Battle Creek Public Schools
- Outdoor Education Center at Clear Lake Camp
- Monday – Friday
- Full Time
- 6:30am – 3:00pm
- 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- Monday – Friday
- Team Member Core Responsibilities:
- Come to work consistently
- Follow GRBS processes
- Serve the customers
- Have mindful communication with respect to all
- Finish the job to the map and shift
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
What does this job look like:
We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- As well as other cleaning task as assigned
