Title: Shuttle Bus Drivers – Cottage Grove (No CDL Required)

Description:

We’re hiring shuttle bus drivers in the Cottage Grove area for a new public transportation service. This is a great opportunity to serve your community while working a Monday–Friday daytime schedule — no weekends or late nights!

What We Offer:

• $18-$20/hour- based on experience
• Part-time to Full-time, between 5.5 to 11 hours shifts (varies daily, Mon-Fri)
• No CDL required – we provide training
• Opportunity to grow within a well-established transportation company

What We’re Looking For:

• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Friendly, professional attitude and commitment to safety
• Previous shuttle or passenger driving experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 12-passenger shuttle on a fixed or zone-based route
• Willing to learn wheelchair securement in vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to riders from all backgrounds
• Perform basic pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
