Full Job Description
Job Purpose: Process and launch all store orders, plus-outs, and warehouse transfers, complete reports, revise inventory, ensure we receive the correct items and quantities from the suppliers, and complete all other assigned clerical tasks.
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify & Receive shipments, sign paperwork upon receptions
- Verify packages delivered according to orders and invoices
- Contact supplier via email or shipper if a mistake is identified
- Ensure invoices are signed, stamped, and emailed to suppliers daily
- Maintain accurate records for warehouse
- Assist in inventory control
- Process store orders and identify articles in “stock check” status
- Launch store orders
- Report any/all delays with processing
- Monitor levels of cases and/or pallets in delay
- Perform trouble shooting and problem-solving
- Constant communication with dry and x-dock departments
- Constant communication with all warehouse clerks
- Perform other related duties in the department as assigned from time to time by the supervisor
- Complete all clerical tasks assigned
Minimal Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications
- Good communications skills
- Experience in inventory control or related function
- Detail-oriented and excellent people skills
- Relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Computer Skills:
- Strong computer skills required; with knowledge in MS Office, Excel, and WMS system literacy
