Used by military, search-and-rescue, and commercial sectors worldwide, these vessels are engineered for the most demanding environments on the planet. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to serve as the vital link between international design teams, local production, and the end-user.

The Opportunity

This is not a “back-office” role. You will be at the center of the design-sell-build process, seeing projects move from a CAD drawing to a high-speed sea trial on the Chesapeake Bay. This role is perfect for a self-starter who wants to blend technical engineering work with project leadership and global collaboration.

Your Impact

Technical Design & Configuration Control

• Global Collaboration: Act as the primary technical interface between local operations and international engineering hubs across North America and Europe.
• Visualizing Solutions: Create and maintain 2D/3D drawings (CAD) for custom vessel configurations to meet specific mission requirements.
• Knowledge Management: Build and maintain the technical library for Sales, Production, and Purchasing to ensure every custom build is executed perfectly.

Project & Production Support

• Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with Purchasing and Production to ensure the manufacturing schedule stays on track and meets contract specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Support site-level QA/QC programs to maintain the high standards required for professional-grade maritime equipment.
• Field Support: Participate in sea trials, factory tests, and vessel deliveries, providing technical expertise to the end-users.

Technical Sales & Marketing Support

• Innovation Briefing: Update the Sales team on new equipment, options, and technical developments.
• Client Engagement: Join the Sales team for customer meetings and high-profile marketing events to provide technical specifications and product analysis.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Software Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino7, or SolidWorks is essential.
• The Maritime Mindset: A general knowledge of the maritime industry and a passion for high-performance craft. (Boating or military experience is a major plus!)
• Communication: You are a “bridge builder” who can communicate effectively with everyone from shop floor technicians to global engineering directors.
• Physical Readiness: You are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and operating aboard small craft on the water.
• Global Fluency: A valid driver’s license is required. Proficiency in a second language (specifically French or Spanish) is a plus but not required.
