As a Security Officer Patrol in Mount Vernon, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness across the site. What You’ll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential policy violations.
Monitor entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols for a food and beverage environment.
Support access control, report writing, and general security-related observations to help maintain orderly operations during assigned shifts.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
