Toyota of Watertown is looking to build our sales team! If you have excellent customer service skills and are looking for a career then this is the place for you!
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to represent Toyota of Watertown with honesty and integrity. No prior sales experience necessary! The right candidate will have strong people skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our Sales Consultants are responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to selling automobiles by performing the following duties:
- Spend time and listen to customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle and equipment options.
- Complete quotes and explain financing options.
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge.
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features.
- Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle.
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate a life lasting customer relationship.
Requirements:
You must be professional, motivated, a team player, reliable, organized and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. No prior sales experience required, we will train the right person!

Pay: $75,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year
