What You’ll Do
- Prepare and process monthly client invoices in compliance with firm and client guidelines
- Edit and finalize prebills; ensure accuracy of time entries and matter details
- Collaborate with attorneys and billing managers to resolve discrepancies and meet billing deadlines
- Handle client-specific billing arrangements (e-billing, LEDES formats, split billing, etc.)
- Manage billing for assigned attorneys and practice groups
- Support billing and collections efforts and assist with reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Law firm billing experience (required)
- Experience with Aderant billing software (required)
- Familiarity with e-billing systems and client guidelines
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
