Staff Accountant – Expense & Budget Support Full Time NEW

Join our Finance team as a Staff Accountant supporting expense accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and budget-related activities. This is a great opportunity for an early-career accounting professional who wants to build a strong foundation, learn from an experienced team, and grow their skills in analysis and financial reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Help analyze company expenses and support financial reporting across departments and business areas
• Research variances and discrepancies and partner with team members to resolve issues
• Assist with budgeting activities, expense reviews, and planning for future budget cycles
• Support intercompany accounting processes and other month-end close responsibilities
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teammates on process improvements and special projects

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, organized, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers in a team-focused environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered
• Foundational accounting knowledge, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Internship, coursework, or early professional experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new systems and processes
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to ask questions and learn from others
• Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems is helpful, but not required
