Modern Minds Health is a high-end outpatient psychiatry clinic in Sacramento providing advanced treatments including TMS, Spravato/esketamine, and innovative depression care in a calm, modern, patient-centered environment.
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, detail-oriented team member to support patient care coordination and day-to-day clinic operations. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with patients, staying organized, helping a small team run smoothly, and being part of a growing mental health practice.
Time Requirements
Job Summary
The Patient Concierge will help support the patient experience from the first phone call through ongoing treatment coordination. This role includes answering calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, checking EMR messages, sending care coordination letters, tracking basic inventory, and assisting with clinic preparation tasks.
This is a patient-facing role that requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a calm, supportive, and polished experience for patients receiving advanced psychiatric care.
We are a small, fast-moving clinic, so the ideal candidate is flexible, positive, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed. Some days may involve phones and scheduling. Other days may involve preparing patient materials, checking supplies, organizing treatment spaces, filling patient goody bags, or helping the team stay on top of daily clinic flow.
Over time, there may be opportunities to grow into more hands-on patient support responsibilities depending on clinic needs, training, performance, and comfort level. Future training opportunities may include support roles within treatment programs such as TMS, Spravato, AMPA, and other service lines.
