Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Content Supply Chain and Generative AI Project Manager to join their team. As a Content Supply Chain and Generative AI Project Manager, you will be part of the Global Brand team supporting marketing and content development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Content Supply Chain and Generative AI Project Manager
Location: El Segundo, CA. HYBRID (onsite 4 days a week).
Pay Range: Depends on Experience
What’s the Job?
Lead the strategic roadmap and execution of the Content Supply Chain transformation, including content lifecycle management from intake to distribution and optimization.
Drive the adoption and scaling of Generative AI capabilities across global brand workflows and platforms.
Manage cross-functional programs integrating platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, GenAI services, and data platforms.
Establish governance frameworks, intake models, and operating processes to enable scalable and efficient content production.
Implement change management and adoption strategies to maximize business value from AI and content technologies.
What’s Needed?
10-15+ years of experience in program/project management delivering large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
Extensive experience in Content Supply Chain, Marketing Technology, or Digital Asset Management ecosystems.
Deep understanding of content lifecycle processes and supporting platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Workfront.
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and applications, including LLMs and AI-powered content workflows.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs involving engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
