Position: B2B Sales Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $55–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Develop long-horizon selling tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
• Build scenarios in Top-of-funnel, Deal execution, and Forecasting using structured criteria and checkable answers.
• Create ICP lists, account research briefs, proposals, and SOWs with precise sections and pricing.
• Implement MEDDIC/MEDDPICC fills and forecast categorization aligned with defined rules.
• Work independently on challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR leadership, or customer success (mid-market or enterprise).
• Expertise in sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
• Proficient in CRM operations with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with outbound motion using Outreach or Salesloft.
• Skilled in producing sales artifacts: call plans, proposals, SOW redlines, QBR decks, forecast narratives.
• Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor, Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
