Front of House team member Full Time NEW

From the team behind Double Chicken Please, we’re building a hospitality-driven ice cream concept inspired by the precision and intentionality of top cocktail bars.

This is a counter-service role with full-service standards. We’re looking for team members who care deeply about guest experience, product knowledge, and craft—people who take pride in how something is served, not just what is served.

The Front of House Team Member (“FOH Team Member”) is responsible for executing day-to-day retail operations, delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience, and upholding the Company’s standards for product, service, and environment.

This role is both operational and experiential. FOH Team Members are expected not only to perform tasks, but to contribute to a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and brand-aligned customer experience.

This position reports to the Assistant Store General Manager and/or General Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Guide guests through the menu and flavor profiles with clarity and confidence
• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and composed front-of-house
• Execute opening procedures, including setup of equipment and preparation of the service environment
• Execute closing procedures, including cleaning, breakdown, and securing of the store
• Supporting accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation processes
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments accurately
• Serve ice cream and related products with consistency and attention to presentation
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all guests
• Contribute to a team environment that values accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality (restaurants, bars, or specialty cafes)
• Strong communication and guest-facing presence
• Detail-oriented with a sense of ownership over the guest experience
• Comfortable working on your feet and in a team-oriented environment
• Growth-mindset oriented with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with retail service
• Our menu features layered, expressive flavors—both dairy and non-dairy—drawing from cocktails, wine, and modern dessert techniques. While the format is casual, the expectation is thoughtful, precise, and consistent.
