Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients, brokers, and internal teams
• Coordinate daily administrative operations to support logistics and supply chain activities
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Liaise with customs officials and brokers to track cargo status
• Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain organized filing systems for records, invoices, and shipping documents for easy access and compliance
• Handle data entry and update internal systems with shipment and client information
• Coordinate office supply vendors and maintain inventory records to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Support logistics and operations teams with shipment documentation, data entry, and cargo tracking
• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and supporting management as needed
• Assist customers with data entry in the SAP system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipment information
• Schedule cargo pickups and coordinate dispatching with truckers to ensure on-time delivery and efficient routing
• Communicate with airlines to coordinate cargo pickups, confirm availability, and resolve issues related to pickups, lien payments and cargo release

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline with SPM credit in Mathematics and English
• At least 1 year of working experience. Knowledge and working experience with shipping documentation will be an added advantage
• Able to work on fixed or flexible office hours, half day on alternate Saturdays
• Proficient in writing and speaking in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal attitude, attention to detail, disciplined and process oriented
• Fresh graduates are encouraged
