We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various Substation equipment in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in transformer work, substation safety, and oil processing operations. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met while adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot substation equipment.
Utilize tools such as voltmeters for testing electrical components.
Climb ladders or structures as needed to access equipment for installation or repair.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
Qualifications

Proven experience in electrical work, including high voltage systems.
Experience with transformer service and repairs
Proven experience with Substation equipment maintenance and repair
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in various weather conditions on construction sites.
Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
