As a high-requirement organization serving customers with rigorous technical and regulatory expectations, SCI requires a leader with strong technical depth and sound judgment. The Director of Quality must not only understand complex standards such as ISO/IEC 17025, but also demonstrate the ability to interpret and translate those requirements into practical application—guiding both internal teams and external customers with clarity, credibility, and confidence.
The Director of Quality will play a critical role in extending SCI’s IQS mindset—Innovation, Quality, Safety, and Security—throughout the organization. This includes driving operational excellence, strengthening data integrity, ensuring compliance, and elevating customer satisfaction, all while cultivating a forward-thinking and accountable quality culture. This role is critical to ensuring SCI can scale responsibly while maintaining the technical rigor and customer trust that define our business. It is more than a technical leadership position—it is an opportunity to shape the future of quality at SCI by leading with purpose, clarity, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement and people development.
