Full Job Description
Kilowatt Electric Company is seeking a dependable, organized, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our electrical warehouse operations, material receiving, inventory organization, and fleet coordination.
This is a working management position for someone who takes pride in keeping operations clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming material deliveries
- Match deliveries to purchase orders and packing slips
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Track material shortages, damaged shipments, and returns
- Coordinate material staging for projects and service calls
- Maintain truck stock and yard organization
- Assist project managers with material logistics
- Operate forklift and warehouse equipment safely
- Keep warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and notify purchasing when stock is low
- Coordinate vendor pickups and deliveries
- Assist with fleet organization and equipment tracking
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or receiving
- Construction or electrical industry experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with inventory software or work order systems is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Electrical supply/material knowledge
- Experience with conduit, wire, lighting, panels, gear, and jobsite logistics
- Experience coordinating deliveries for construction projects

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
