Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Executive Vice President of Business Development. The EVP will oversee the development and implementation of strategic business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts with key partners, leading sales efforts, and ensuring long-term business relationships are nurtured. The EVP will collaborate with other executives to align business goals with overall company strategies while driving revenue and expanding the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Experience in Sales and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining and growing client relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaboratively contributing to company goals
• Previous experience in business development within the consulting or aviation industry is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
