Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with direct experience selling fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain solutions to e-commerce brands.
You’ll work directly alongside the President and CEO to help refine and scale ShipSquared’s sales organization while building and maintaining a strong book of business. This is a highly visible role with significant growth potential for someone who wants to become a future leader within the company.
You’ll manage inbound opportunities generated through marketing efforts, partnerships, and founder networks while also proactively developing your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
A normal day might include leading discovery calls with fast-growing e-commerce brands, reviewing operational pain points and fulfillment costs, touring prospects through our Dallas facility, collaborating with operations teams on onboarding strategy, refining internal sales systems and processes, or helping shape the future structure of the sales department as ShipSquared continues to scale.
This role is designed for high performers who want real ownership, direct access to leadership, and meaningful upside tied to company growth and revenue performance.
