Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful Head of Talent Acquisition to support a fast-growing network of home service franchise businesses across the United States.
This role is focused on building teams from the ground up. You will work directly with leadership and franchise owners to help them hire high-quality talent quickly across multiple markets.

Qualifications
· 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house preferred)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
· Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and urgency
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant change
· Experience recruiting for sales, operations, or blue-collar roles is a plus
