Join our dynamic team as a Qualifications Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices. In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will assist with driver onboarding and support our Safety Team.

Duties

• Review driver experience
• Call and email drivers
• Receive and Review necessary documents
• Update documents in Tenstreet
• Complete verifications of employment
• Establish contractor leases
• Send out driver packets
• Create profiles in TMS systems
• Additional tasks as assigned

Skills

• Microsoft skills preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Independently motivated and works well with minimal daily direction from manager
• Focus on continuous process improvement in every aspect of task
• Flexible and enthusiastic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
