2. About the Opportunity:
The CashNetUSA Customer Service Representative role involves managing inbound customer calls after completing specialized training on one of several consumer lending brands. The position is critical in delivering high-quality customer service and support, helping to maintain customer satisfaction and support the organization’s lending services.
3. Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing service
• Manage and respond to customer requests and provide education on products and services
• Handle payment processing, create payment plans, and address account-related issues
• Maintain high customer service standards through effective communication
• Keep customer account information accurate and up to date
4. Requirements:
• Experience in call center or fast-paced customer service environments preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills with professionalism and empathy
• Ability to handle high-volume work with adaptability and multitasking
• Comfortable with technology and capable of working effectively in a remote setting
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00
• Additional compensation may include bonuses
