Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI Applications) to drive AI adoption across HR, Talent, and Recruiting functions. This role focuses on building AI-powered solutions such as copilots, agents, and intelligent workflows, taking them from concept to production while delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to identify automation opportunities
- Design and build AI solutions using LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI
- Develop prototypes and scale them into production-grade applications
- Write high-quality code using Python, Golang, Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Build and maintain scalable microservices and APIs (REST/gRPC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Legal, Compliance)
- Guide stakeholders on AI capabilities, prompt engineering, and best practices
- Track performance, ROI, and adoption of AI solutions
- Stay updated with latest AI tools, models, and frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI / Applied AI / Intelligent Automation
- Strong expertise in backend development (Golang preferred)
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and system design
- Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven systems, and queues
