Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Client Relations at Uphold Europe. The role involves building and managing key relationships with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing strategies to maintain and enhance client partnerships. Daily tasks include leading client communication, understanding client needs, identifying areas for improvement, and overseeing the team responsible for client services. The Director will also represent the organization in external forums, advocate for the mission, and contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
• Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Background in migration management, humanitarian work, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, or relevant disciplines
