FlyHire is building the next-generation aviation hiring and networking platform designed specifically for pilots, operators, flight schools, charter companies, and aviation professionals.
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Manager to help scale hiring partnerships and connect aviation talent with companies across the industry.
This is an opportunity to get in early with a fast-growing aviation technology company and grow into a long-term leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with aviation companies, operators, and employers
- Source and recruit pilots and aviation professionals
- Manage hiring pipelines and candidate communication
- Assist with employer onboarding onto the FlyHire platform
- Develop recruiting partnerships throughout the aviation industry
- Work directly with leadership on growth initiatives
- Help expand FlyHire’s recruiting division nationwide
Qualifications
- Aviation industry experience preferred
- Recruiting, staffing, HR, or sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for aviation and networking
Compensation
- Commission-based starting structure
