Dental Assistant / RDA – Endodontic Specialty Practice

We are a growing boutique endodontic practice in San Clemente seeking a warm, professional, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team.

Our office prioritizes exceptional patient care, a calm and supportive environment, and strong relationships with our referring offices. We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, organized, and excited to grow with a newer specialty practice.

Experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctor during endodontic procedures
• Set up and break down operatories efficiently
• Take CBCT and radiographic images
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Help create a calm, reassuring experience for anxious patients
• Support smooth clinical flow throughout the day
• Cross train to cover front desk as needed – this is a small office and flexibility and collaboration are important

Qualifications:

• RDA preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Experience with specialty dentistry or endodontics is a plus

Compensation:

$26–34/hour depending on experience
