TruGreen is hiring Residential Lawn Care Technicians and spring routes are filling fast!
If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and managing your own route, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.
Average first-year associates earn $50,000–$60,000 with performance-based pay, including hourly wages, overtime, and performance bonuses!
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn commission right on your route by recommending services to customers.

What You’ll Earn
- $50,000–$60,000 average first-year income
- Hourly pay starting at $20.00/hr (Higher starting pay for licensed candidates)

What You’ll Do
- Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
- Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional services
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment

What You’ll Need
- Must be at least 19 years of age (company vehicle requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check
- Ability to become DOT certified
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
