Personal and Mindset Growth Facilitators 

Flexible, remote role guiding personal and mindset growth. 

Intuitive Mindset Limited is looking for experienced, motivated professionals to join our team in the personal development and success education space. Your focus will be on guiding individuals and groups through structured programs designed to enhance leadership, personal growth, and professional skills — all on a schedule that suits your lifestyle. 

What you’ll do: 

• Support clients as they engage with structured personal growth and leadership programs.  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while tracking progress toward goals. 
• Operate autonomously while having access to a broader team for guidance and support.  

Who you are: 

• Experienced in fields such as consulting, client engagement, coaching/mentoring, marketing, or other professional roles.  
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.  
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable with mainstream digital technology.  
• Being social media savvy is useful, but being open to learning marketing skills is more important — we provide full training.  
• Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping others achieve their objectives.
