What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various support channels, including email and chat
• Resolve customer issues related to cancellations, refunds, and exchanges using ecommerce platforms
• Assist customers with questions about orders, shipping, returns, and product availability
• Communicate with third-party logistics partners to resolve order-related problems
• Document customer interactions accurately within internal systems for team alignment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proficiency in CRM and ecommerce tools such as Gorgias and Shopify
• Experience in fast-paced ecommerce environments managing multiple storefronts
• Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows including orders, shipping, and returns
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
