About the Company
Everbright Health is an AI-enabled services platform that helps mental health providers deliver advanced interventions as part of everyday care. We embed complete clinical programs – including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO® – directly into existing mental health practices, providing all the infrastructure, technology, and operations needed to launch and scale these programs successfully. Millions of people with treatment-resistant mental illness aren’t getting better with standard medications and talk therapy alone. These advanced, FDA-approved treatments are up to twice as effective as standard care and broadly covered by insurance – yet over 90% of eligible patients haven’t received them, largely because most providers lack the specialized capabilities to offer them. Everbright changes that. Founded in 2025 and backed by $7M in Seed funding, we’re a fast-growing, high-impact team expanding rapidly across the U.S. This is an early-stage, high-impact opportunity to help build the marketing engine from the ground up.
About the Role
We’re hiring our first Director of Strategy & Operations to own the customer journey from signed contract to live, scaled service line — and to take on a portfolio of high-leverage external relationships that shape how Everbright grows. This is not a pure strategy seat. We need someone who is equally comfortable diagnosing what needs to happen, structuring the work, and personally driving it to a result.
Beyond implementation, you’ll own the strategic relationships that power the business: our largest vendor partnerships and select enterprise partner deals — the long-cycle, custom, often complex deals where structure and creativity matter as much as execution.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Commercial and partner closely with the CEO, CMO, and the rest of the leadership team. You’ll be starting with a relatively blank slate: early playbooks, growing partner volume, and a lot of opportunity to define how this function works. The right person sees that as exciting, not uncomfortable. This role is a remote first, full-time position with approximately 20% travel for partner site visits, key vendor meetings, and team offsites.
