Accounts Clerk Full Time NEW

This is a part-time position in the Bursar Office call center. Primary responsibilities will includemaking and receiving phone calls and other communications from students,parents,etc.regarding student financial accounts. These calls can involve answering questions,referring toother departments as needed,and processing student payments. Other responsibilities includeassisting with filing paperwork pertaining to litigation and accounts in collections,and indexing,folding,and processing paperwork to mail out to students as needed.This is a part-time hourly position with no healthcare/retirement benefits. Our office hours aregenerally Monday through Friday,8 AM to 5 PM. We will work with your class schedule,butwould prefer that you be able to work 20-27 hours per week.Additional job details: No weekend work required. No work on all state holidays and most federal holidays. Schedule changes each semester to accommodate your class schedule. Part-time work great for students. Accounts clerk looks good on your resume and gives you experience you can use foryour future. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred,but not required. All necessary training will be provided.
