AT&T Assistant Full Time NEW

Everett Management, an authorized dealer for AT&T, is currently hiring a friendly, driven, and professional AT&T Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person, residential sales role where you’ll work directly with customers in their communities, presenting and selling AT&T products and services.

As an AT&T Assistant, you’ll take an active role in the sales process, engaging with residential customers, identifying their needs, and helping them enroll in the best AT&T solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys in-person interactions, is confident communicating with customers, and is looking to build a long-term career in sales. No prior experience is required, we provide hands-on training to set every AT&T Assistant up for success.

What You’ll Do as an AT&T Assistant:

• Work in-person with residential customers to present and sell AT&T products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless and service solutions
• Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process
• Provide a professional, friendly, and confident sales experience
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training to develop sales techniques and product knowledge

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfort working in an in-person, residential sales environment
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
