Client Intake Specialist Full Time NEW

LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing law firm to hire a Client Intake Specialist to join their team in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a direct role in converting leads into signed cases. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by performance, and comfortable balancing empathy with a results-driven approach.

Client Intake Specialist Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries from prospective clients
• Qualify leads and determine case fit based on established criteria
• Build rapport quickly and guide conversations with confidence
• Drive conversations toward signed agreements when appropriate
• Manage follow-up communication across phone, text, and email
• Track activity and outcomes within CRM systems

Client Intake Specialist Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume client-facing roles
• Comfort working toward metrics and performance goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Spanish fluency is a plus

Key Details

• Compensation: $19–$20/hour base with eligibility to earn bonus and commission
• Higher earning potential available for candidates open to flexible evening schedules
• Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday
• Location: Onsite in Lake Mary, FL
• Training includes an 8-week structured onboarding period (day shift schedule), with a strict attendance policy and no PTO permitted during training.
