We are currently seeking a responsible, self-motivated team player to join our fast growing Customer Support Group for After-Market Parts and Solutions.
The position is primarily responsible for driving revenue and bottom line results. This role is responsible for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty using a proactive process based approach resulting in planned regular customer contact as well as improved service levels
The position requires accuracy, with excellent telephone and communication skills to assist our customers.

Job Requirements
· 2 + years’ experience in dynamic customer support and sales environment
· Education: Associates Degree or higher
· Demonstrated computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Excellent written and verbal skills required.
· Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish is a definite plus.
· Mechanical aptitude is preferredTop of Form
