Lift King Products is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable individual to manage our front office and support daily business operations.
This is a key role within the company responsible for keeping the office organized, supporting leadership, and ensuring day-to-day administrative functions run smoothly.
The right candidate takes ownership, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
Greet visitors and create a professional first impression
Answer and direct incoming calls (low daily volume)
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Office Management & Operations
Oversee daily office activity and maintain an organized, efficient environment
Keep track of office needs, supplies, and administrative workflows
Support coordination between the office and the shop when needed
Administrative & Executive Support
Provide direct support to the ownership and management team
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and internal communication
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Communication
Draft and respond to emails with strong grammar and professionalism
Communicate clearly with the internal team and external contacts
Finance & Systems Support
Utilize Excal regularly for tracking and reporting (required)
Assist with QuickBooks tasks (experience preferred; willingness to learn required)
HR & Administrative Support (Light)
Assist with basic HR-related tasks (employee records, onboarding support, and documentation)
Help maintain organization and compliance of internal records
Additional Skills (Optional but Valuable)
Social media familiarity
Basic marketing exposure (creative thinking, simple design, or photo editing)

Professional, polished, and dependable
Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable taking ownership of office operations
High level of discretion and strict confidentiality required
Requirements
Prior administrative or office management experience preferred
Strong computer skills (Excel required, QuickBooks a plus)
Ability to handle confidential business information
Valid driver’s license required
Schedule & Compensation
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and role fit)
Dress Code
Casual but professional
Jeans and a clean, presentable shirt are acceptable
No sweatpants or offensive graphics
