We’re a fast-growing, locally owned tiki boat experience company delivering sunshine, music, and memories at Crab Island and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the inbox & the bookings: Convert digital inquiries from Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), website leads, phone calls, and walk-ins into booked trips
• Master the platforms: Navigate, update, and optimize our presence across booking sites and digital channels
• Drive demand: Improve listings, pricing, photos, and messaging to boost conversions
• Build the network: Develop relationships with concierges, hotel staff, and trip planners to drive referrals
• Keep the pipeline flowing: Follow up, close deals, and make sure no opportunity slips away
