Vice President of Strategic Projects
Department: Corporate Strategy / Executive Office / Transformation
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Vice President of Strategic Projects to lead and deliver high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives.
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of critical strategic projects, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives that directly impact the company’s growth, transformation, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority strategic initiatives
Translate corporate strategy into structured, executable project plans
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and project outcomes
2. Portfolio & Prioritization Management
Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects across business units
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and ROI
Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, finance, and business teams
Act as a central coordinator to align stakeholders and drive execution
Facilitate decision-making at the executive level
4. Execution & Delivery Excellence
Define project timelines, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
Monitor progress and proactively address risks and bottlenecks
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
5. Transformation & Change Management
Drive enterprise transformation initiatives (digital, operational, organizational)
Support change management and adoption across teams
Ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems
6. Performance Tracking & Business Impact
Track performance of strategic projects and report to executive leadership
Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
Continuously refine strategies based on performance insights
7. Governance & Risk Management
Establish governance frameworks for strategic initiatives
Identify and mitigate risks across projects
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
18+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or operations
Proven track record delivering high-impact strategic initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in cross-functional and global environments
Preferred Qualifications
Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles
Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, or platform-based companies
Familiarity with digital transformation or AI-driven initiatives
Experience managing large-scale or complex programs
