Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Salesforce AutoRabit Global Release Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing software release cycles using Salesforce AutoRabit, ensuring smooth configuration and deployment processes, and maintaining a commitment to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing release schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing and monitoring configuration management standards, and addressing any challenges in release processes effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Release Management and Program Management for overseeing and coordinating successful software releases.
• Strong expertise in Configuration Management, ensuring adherence to standards and efficient handling of software configuration processes.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Development, contributing technical insights and working collaboratively with developers.
• Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AutoRabit or similar release management tools is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce or Release Management are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to remote work environments while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
