QualiTech is looking for a Technical Sales Agronomist who can combine deep agronomic expertise, sales execution, and business development to expand our footprint in high-value specialty crops.
This is not just a sales role—you’ll be a trusted advisor to growers and PCAs, helping them optimize crop performance through advanced plant nutrition strategies.
What You’ll Own
– Grow and expand a high-potential territory
– Build relationships with growers, PCAs, and distribution partners
– Deliver technical agronomy solutions
– Identify and develop new market opportunities
– Lead field trials and translate results into success
– Train and support distributor sales teams
– Use proprietary software tools to optimize nutrient programs
What Sets You Apart
– Degree in Agronomy or related field (PhD preferred)
– Strong background in agronomy + technical sales
– Experience in California specialty crops
– Proven business development success
– PCA/CCA license preferred
– Strategic, field-first mindset
