What You’ll Do:

This is a dynamic, dual-role position where your enthusiasm for culinary arts and customer satisfaction will shine as you prepare delicious food and see the entire process from production to the customer’s plate:

• Deli Service: Greet customers, take orders, use slicers, and provide informed recommendations about our award-winning products.
• Production & Packaging: Assist in the packaging, vacuum sealing, and labeling of our famous sausages, bacons, and jerkies.
• Quality Control: Ensure every product leaving our facility meets our “Best of Show” standards.
• Teamwork: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workspace (we take food safety seriously!).
• Prepare grab-and-go items, including salads and sandwiches, for daily sale.
• Support kitchen prep by accurately chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for the production team.
• Assist with specialty food preparation and order fulfillment for catering services, as needed.

Shift Availability:

We are hiring for multiple shifts to fit your schedule:

• Days / Evenings / Weekends
• Full-time (30–40+ hours) and Part-time roles available.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability: You show up ready to work and support your team.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.

• Communication: A friendly personality for our deli counter and a “can-do” spirit for our production room.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain focus on quality control and food safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Tool Mastery: Eagerness to learn and safely operate specialized kitchen equipment, including slicers and vacuum sealers.
• Food Safety Awareness: Basic knowledge or a willingness to be certified in commercial food handling and sanitation.

Pay: $16.50 – $19.50 per hour
