Vice President of Revenue Operations

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead and scale the company’s revenue engine.
This role is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive predictable revenue growth. The VP of RevOps will build data-driven processes, optimize go-to-market performance, and ensure operational excellence across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Strategy & Planning
Partner with executive leadership to define and execute revenue growth strategies
Build forecasting models and revenue plans aligned with business objectives
Drive annual and quarterly planning processes (targets, quotas, capacity)
2. Sales, Marketing & CS Alignment
Align sales, marketing, and customer success functions under a unified revenue framework
Optimize lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion rates
Improve customer lifecycle management (acquisition, onboarding, retention, expansion)
3. Data & Analytics
Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems across the revenue funnel
Deliver insights on pipeline health, conversion, churn, and customer value (LTV)
Drive data-driven decision-making across GTM teams
4. Process Optimization & Systems
Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes (lead-to-revenue lifecycle)
Oversee CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools
Improve efficiency, scalability, and automation of GTM operations
5. Forecasting & Performance Management
Own revenue forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
Define KPIs and performance frameworks for GTM teams
Identify gaps and drive continuous performance improvement
6. Pricing, Packaging & Monetization
Support pricing strategy, packaging, and monetization models
Analyze revenue performance to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with product teams on product-led growth initiatives
7. Team Leadership & Scaling
Build and lead high-performing RevOps teams
Establish best practices and operational playbooks
Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and data-driven execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred)
15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM strategy
Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in high-growth companies
Strong expertise in:
CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Revenue analytics and forecasting
GTM strategy and execution
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, AI, fintech, or subscription-based business models
Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) and usage-based pricing models
Experience managing global GTM operations
Strong background in data analytics and business intelligence tools

Position Overview
The Executive Vice President of Corporate Development is responsible for leading the company’s growth through mergers & acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, investments, and capital initiatives.
This role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s expansion strategy and long-term value creation.
Role Focus: Growth through capital, partnerships, and strategic transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Growth Strategy
Define and execute corporate development strategy aligned with company goals.
Identify growth opportunities across markets, products, and geographies.
Support long-term expansion and scaling initiatives.
2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Lead end-to-end M&A processes (sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, execution).
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
Manage integration of acquired businesses.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Develop and manage high-impact partnerships.
Structure joint ventures, strategic alliances, and ecosystem collaborations.
Expand the company’s market reach and capabilities.
4. Investment & Capital Strategy
Evaluate and execute strategic investments.
Support fundraising, investor engagement, and capital allocation decisions.
Work closely with finance on capital structure optimization.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Identify disruptive technologies and strategic threats.
Provide insights to executive leadership.
6. Executive & Board Engagement
Advise CEO and Board on strategic transactions and growth initiatives.
Present investment opportunities and business cases.
Support decision-making on high-impact deals.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
18+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy.
Proven track record in M&A and strategic transactions.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth technology companies.
Strong network within capital markets and investment community.
