Team Member – Food & Beverage (Cross-Trained) Full Time

Luxe Daq’s is seeking dependable, motivated individuals for a cross-trained Service & Kitchen Associate position. This is an entry-level role with training provided, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying productive, and being part of a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Team members are trained across customer service, beverage preparation, and food preparation to support daily operations and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

This role is best suited for individuals seeking a stable position with consistent hours and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a professional, positive attitude
• Prepare beverages, including frozen drinks, on-the-rocks drinks, coffee, and specialty items
• Assist with food preparation, including tacos and other quick-service menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all work areas
• Restock, prep, and stay productive during slower periods
• Work efficiently during rush periods to keep orders moving
• Support team operations by stepping into multiple roles as needed
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• Dependable with consistent attendance (required)
• Willingness to learn and be trained across multiple areas
• Ability to stay productive during slower periods and efficient during rushes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in food, beverage, or customer service preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
• Availability to work flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM
• Team player with a focus on consistency, stability, and reliability
